Tiled to VERA Converter

This tool is one of the tools that I've developed in order to streamline the creation of tile sets and tile maps for the VERA.

The tmx2vera command line utility is intended to convert tile map files created with Tiled (https://www.mapeditor.org/) into VERA compatible tile maps. It is intended to be used with my other tool, the GIMP VERA Plugin (viewtopic.php?t=6455). Together, these tools allow developers to create a build process that automates the creation of tiles and tile maps and allows for a game-engine-like development workflow:

There is even an option for creating non-VERA-compatible main memory tile maps that are useful for things like collision maps.
