VERA BIN to BMX Convertor

Completed VERA Bin to BMX Convertor.

Stand Alone: No helper programs required.

At present only 8 bit files are supported.

Includes QB64PE Source code, Linux Executable, Windows .EXE
(also some sample files to convert).

If the .BIN file has a corresponding .PAL file that will be used as the Palette
(Must be 512 bytes in size). Otherwise VERA Default is used.
