Ye Old Robots

Post by The 8-Bit Guy »

This is just a fun experiment. I took the original text-mode port of Petscii Robots for the X16 and updated it so it would run on the modern version. But what's more cool is you can select from 1 of 5 different tile-sets. That way you can experience how the graphics look on the PET, Atari, VIC-20, C64, etc.

Do you have genuine SNES controllers ? There have been issues with some cheap clones not working correctly.
First thing to eliminate here......

yes, the controler work fine,i have 3 controller, a real super famicom, an 8bit do reciever and a fixed cheap controler(select issue)
joy(0) also don't work,
the x16 game work absolutly fine on all my controllers and joy test is ok
it remind me the bug in flappy bird, did the controller routine is from an older version of the game ?

Yeah, that's probably a bug. I didn't test it on SNES pad.
