This is really un-optimized code and un-optimized encoding....not that I haven't tried, just it can be better.
simple test of trying to decode the video stream, no audio yet but that should be easy to add.
*audio will sync everything to a proper frame rate when I add that...soon

I already knew that. Actually I got the tip that let me perfect A/V sync from BADMAI.
(aka DevMonkey on DISCORD).

In some respects we have different goals. I'm much more interested now in completing my programming API.
I actually hope to be able to incorporate BADMAI's frame formatting and compression algorithms into the API
at some point. (That is SOME WAY in the future though)
