Menu program (WIP)

This is an unofficial concept program for a CX16 menu. Modify the DATA statements to add your submenus and commands.

This is currently just a demo to explore the look and and feel of a basic, BASIC menu.

Yes, we did have comments under the file enabled but they weren't in an easy format e.g. replying to a comment or quoting wasn't an option. It seemed more user friendly to have a thread for each app, with all the frills users enjoy from the regular forum. It also hopefully will reduce additional thread creation when people need help with a program.

Makes sense to me. And I saw the discussion elsewhere about not generating new topics on updates. (Which I'm sure I'll have tomorrow.)
