Hi, my name is David Garcia and I started my love for computers with the Commodore Vic 20 and 64 back in the mid 80s.  As a result, I became a mild gamer, coder, and many things related to computers since then.  My career involves supporting infrastructure and support for electronic trading.

I've recently started to collect retro computers with modern adaptations.  I just purchased the C64 Maxi and I'm very interested in the X16.  Thank you Perifractic!

I was totally blown away to learn there's a vibrant community for retro computing and decided to become part of it and relive history.  I'm relearning Commodore basic and assembly so that I can enjoy and relive the nostalgia of using the Commodore and its variants .

My dream is to be able to contribute back to the community that has given so much.
