Hello from Silicon Valley

Never owned a Commodore, but am very interested in getting into the X16! I have been messing with programming in assembly using the emulator and have been having a lot of fun. I can't wait to get my hands on the real hardware.
I personally would love to get ahold of the Phase 2 machine. Although, the Phase 1 machine sounds much more romantic, the availability and practicality of Phase 2 sounds much more likely. I also like that it will have expansion slots because who knows what we will want to add to this in the future!
I am excited to have joined the community and am looking forward to seeing how this project progresses. ?
