General - CX16 www.wasdkeyboards.com => HTML/ScrInject.B trojan

Post by OldOzC64er »

Has anyone noticed issues with the - https://www.wasdkeyboards.com/commander ... t-guy.html - link to buy the Keyboard?

I get "Threat found : HTML/ScrInject.B trojan" for the whole domain (www.wasdkeyboards.com), via my ESET firewall software.

It looks like WASD is using a service called Iubenda (https://www.iubenda.com/en/) to manage their cookies and privacy policy consent page (the thing that pops up and says "we use cookies.")

It also appears to not be configured properly.

And yes - that does use JavaScript injection, but the fact that it's flagged as a security problem may just be ESET being too cautious. Still, it wouldn't hurt to send WASD an email with the full log, showing them the error you're getting.
