This project is a remake of Mega Man 1 for the X16. So far its just a basic demo allowing you to platform through a few rooms. The controls are arrows for movements and 'x' for jump.

I'm planning to continue working on this in the future at least until I've completed 1 full level. I'm not sure what will happen after that.
To run locally extract the zip file to your local emulator directory and run "MEGAMAN.PRG" from the basic prompt

Looks like it doesn't work via the web (I think it needs the manifest file). But I did run it locally on x16emu and it's very pretty!

Thx I didn't realise, I thought the manifest file was only for programs with more than one prg file. It should be working now.

Looks absolutely awesome. By far one of the best looking Games I've seen on here so far.
The only other program I've seen that looked this good was the Sonic Demo.
I look forward to its completion.

If I may offer one small bit of advice. I'm very glad you posted this.
Its a gorgeous piece of software. But since it isn't yet complete
you should post this in Works In Progress. Come back here
and post it when its at least a playable game in Beta.

It's already more fun than Flappy Just hold X and bounce around like a Tigger.
My highest score in Flappy is 10. Double digit club!
MegaMan is great, but the Commander X16's has gotta get the Commander Keen reboot going eventually!

Is there a rull for completed vs WIP here? I've been posting updated to DreamTracker in the Audio section as I work on it. Given the pretty small amount of traffic on the forums I'm not bothered if it's posted in Games. I think maybe as long as it keeps getting worked on. If it's just a graphical demo, it might be better suited for Demos.
